摘要
该文通过探讨智能建造背景下基于OBE理念的建设工程管理专业人才培养模式改革,对相关背景进行分析,揭示了建设工程管理专业人才培养模式改革的重要性和迫切性,并对现有的建设工程管理专业人才培养模式进行分析和评估,提出了基于OBE理念的改革方案,有效提高建设工程管理专业人才的综合素质和实践能力.
Abstract
By discussing the reform of the training mode of construction engineering management professional tal-ents based on the concept of OBE in the background of intelligent construction,this paper analyzes the relevant background,reveals the importance and urgency of the reform of the training mode of construction engineering management professional talents,analyzes and evaluates the existing training mode of construction engineering management professional talents,and puts forward the reform scheme based on the concept of OBE,which effec-tively improves the comprehensive quality and practical ability of construction engineering management profes-sional talents.
