新工科背景下工业软件复合型人才培养路径探析——以河南工程学院"特色化示范性软件学院"为例

摘要
工业软件技术是我国智能制造业高质量发展的重要组成部分.建设制造强国,高素质的工业软件人才是根本保障,如何培养既具备工业知识、又精通软件开发技术的复合型人才成为高校关注的焦点.该文立足河南工程学院"特色化示范性软件学院"的具体实际,总结了工业软件人才培养现状以及面临的困境,并对工业软件复合型人才培养路径进行探索研究,主要措施包括:明确人才培养目标;建立"软件+工科(专业方向)"特色工业软件专业方向体系;构建多模块课程体系,强化师资团队建设;深化产教融合,探索多主体协同育人模式.该研究为新工科背景下培养工业软件复合型人才提供了新思路,为我国工业软件产业创新发展、持续向好提供人才支撑.
Abstract
Industrial software technology is an important component of the high-quality development of China's intelligent manufacturing industry.To build a strong manufacturing country,high-quality industrial software tal-ents are the fundamental guarantee.How to cultivate composite talents who possess both industrial knowledge and proficient software development technology has become the focus of attention in universities.Based on the spe-cific reality of the"Characteristic Demonstration Software College"of He'nan University of Engineering,this ar-ticle summarizes the current situation and challenges of industrial software talent cultivation,and explores and studies the path of industrial software composite talent cultivation.The main measures include making clear the objectives of talent training,establishing a"software+engineering(professional direction)"characteristic indus-trial software professional direction system,constructing a multi-module curriculum system and strengthening the construction of teacher teams,deepening the integration of industry and education and exploring multi-agent col-laborative education models.This study provides new ideas on how to cultivate composite talents in industrial soft-ware under the background of new engineering,and provides talent support for the innovative development and sustained improvement of China's industrial software industry.
