摘要
基于立德树人和高素质应用型质量管理人才培养的需求,针对"食品质量管理学"课程教学过程中存在的问题,提出以企业能力需求为导向、融合课程思政的教学改革方案.从教学资源开发、课程教学设计、校企协同育人、教学评价体系等多维度进行课程思政教学改革探索与实践,以期为"食品质量管理学"课程建设和教学发展提供思路.
Abstract
In order to implement the fundamental task of moral education and the cultivation of high-qualified application-oriented talents in quality management,this paper focused on the problems existing in the teaching process of Food Quality Management course.A teaching reform scheme based on enterprise ability demand and integrating ideological and political education was proposed,from aspects in teaching resource development,cur-riculum teaching design,college-enterprise collaborative education and teaching evaluation system.The teaching practice may provide ideas for the course construction and teaching development of Food Quality Management.
