摘要
"财政绩效管理"是财政学与公共管理等专业的必修课程,旨在帮助学生熟悉、理解和掌握财政绩效管理的基础理论及其基本内容,把握改革动态,优化财政绩效管理运作模式,开阔学生视野,提升综合能力,对财政学等专业的教学、科研和人才培养具有重要价值.该文探讨了"财政绩效管理"课程在建设和发展过程中面临的问题和挑战,提出课程体系建设的基本思路,以促进该课程教学和实践之间的有效融合.
Abstract
Government Performance Management is a compulsory course for majors such as public finance and public administration.It aims to assist students in becoming familiar with,understanding,and mastering the fun-damental theories and core content of government performance management.The course enables students to grasp reform dynamics,optimize the operational modes of government performance management,broaden their perspec-tives,enhance their comprehensive abilities,and holds significant value for teaching,research,and talent develop-ment in fields like public finance.This research seeks to explore the challenges and issues encountered in the construction and development of this course and proposes a fundamental approach to building the curriculum sys-tem for Government Performance Management in China.The objective is to facilitate effective integration between the teaching and practical aspects of this course.
