摘要
财务共享服务中心(FSSC)是一种新型财务管理组织模式,区别于传统的财务会计核算中心,可以大大提高财务工作效率,也对财务人员提出了更高要求,相应的高职会计专业教学也需要适应新的发展趋势.目前高职会计专业教学存在人才培养目标更新慢、课程设置不合理、教学设施和实践教学平台建设落后、教学方法和教学手段单一等问题.在财务共享服务中心背景下,可以从更新人才培养目标、优化课程体系、改进教学模式、建设实践教学平台、加深校企合作五个方面探索高职会计专业课程教学改革.
Abstract
Financial Sharing Service Center(FSSC)is a new financial management organizing model,which is dif-ferent from the traditional financial accounting center.It can greatly improve the efficiency of financial work,and also puts forward higher requirements for financial personnel.Accordingly,the teaching of accounting major in higher vocational education also needs to adapt to the new developing trend.At present,there are some problems in the teaching of accounting major in higher vocational education,such as the slow updating of talent training ob-jectives,unreasonable curriculum setting,backward construction of teaching facilities and practical teaching plat-forms,and single teaching methods and means.Under the background of Financial Sharing Service Center,we can explore the teaching reform of accounting courses in higher vocational education from five aspects:updating the talent training objectives,optimizing the curriculum system,improving the teaching model,building a practi-cal teaching platform,and deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
