"双高"建设背景下高职院校师资队伍建设研究

摘要
在"双高"建设背景下,高职院校师资队伍的建设显得尤为重要.该文阐述了"双高"建设、高职院校师资队伍建设等相关概念,分析了高职院校师资队伍建设的必要性和存在的问题,提出了相应的策略.研究结果表明,"双高"建设背景下高职院校师资队伍建设需要注重引进和培养具有实践经验和职业技能的教师、加强教师培训和继续教育、提供实践教学案例和与资源企业合作、推动学科交叉与综合能力培养的课程改革以及为教师提供发展空间和职业发展规划.
Abstract
In the context of the construction of"Double High Plan",the construction of the teachers of higher vo-cational colleges is particularly important.This article analyzes the necessity and existing problems of the con-struction of higher vocational colleges by the concepts such as Double High Plan Construction and the Construc-tion of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding strategies of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges.The results show that the construction of the teaching staff of higher voca-tional colleges in the context of the construction of double high schools needs to pay attention to the introduction and training of teachers with practical experience and vocational skills,strengthen teacher training and continuing education,provide practical teaching cases and resource enterprise cooperation,promote the curriculum reform of interdisciplinary and comprehensive ability training,and provide development space and career development planning for teachers.
