摘要
基于文旅融合背景,高职旅游管理专业核心素养应作为人才培养的出发点、课程设计的落脚点,该文提出文旅融合背景下"三维度四方面"的核心素养建构内容,并从人培方案、课程改革、教学实践、课程评价四方面提出高职旅游管理专业核心素养培育路径.
Abstract
Based on the background of culture and tourism integration,the key competencies of the tourism man-agement major in higher vocational colleges should be the starting point of talent training and the end point of cur-riculum design.This paper proposes the construction content of key competencies based on"three dimensions and four aspects"under the background of culture and tourism integration,and proposes cultivation path of the key competencies of the tourism management major in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:talent training program,curriculum reform,teaching practice,and curriculum evaluation.
