核心素养视域下高职院校学前教育师范生培养存在的问题与对策

摘要
随着职业教育改革的深入,国家明确要求大力加强幼儿教师队伍建设,高职院校学前教育师范生的培养面临着巨大的机遇和挑战.目前,立足学前教育发展的需要,学前教育师范生的培养还存在一些问题,师范生核心素养的培养还须进一步加强.核心素养视域下,构建核心素养为导向的课程教学体系,建立教育教学实践导向的教育模式,建立核心素养为导向的评价机制,加快师范生培养模式的突破与转型,提高师范生培养的针对性、实用性和发展性,是高职院校亟待解决的问题.
Abstract
With the deepening reform of vocational education,the State has explicitly required to vigorously strengthen the construction of teaching staff for preschool education.The training of preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges faces huge opportunities and challenges.At present,based on the needs of preschool education development,there are still some problems in the training of preschool education majors,and the train-ing of their key competencies needs to be further strengthened.Under the perspective of key competencies,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to build a curriculum teaching system oriented towards key competencies,es-tablish an education model oriented towards education and teaching practice,establish an evaluation mechanism oriented towards key competencies,accelerate the breakthrough and transformation of training model of education majors,and improve the pertinence,practicality and development of the training of education majors.
