摘要
该文聚焦新时代我国应用型本科高校人才培养面临的挑战,深入剖析了人才培养目标与应用型办学定位脱节、课程体系中理论与实践割裂失衡、产教融合运行机制不健全以及跨学科人才培养体系尚待完善等现实困境,并立足"四新"建设、产教融合等应用型人才培养新趋势,结合教育教学理论,系统探讨了新时代应用型高校人才培养方案重构逻辑,建立多元主体参与的协同育人模式、动态响应与跨学科交叉融合的课程体系、产教融合与科教融汇的有效合作路径、完善持续改进的质量保障体系等,推进我国应用型本科高校人才培养方案改革,为培养高素质应用型人才提供坚实理论支撑和实施蓝图.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the challenges faced by applied undergraduate institutions in China in the con-text of the new era regarding talent cultivation.It thoroughly analyzes the disconnection between talent develop-ment programs and the orientation of applied education,the imbalance between theoretical and practical compo-nents within curriculum systems,the superficial nature of industry-education integration,and the need for further improvement in interdisciplinary talent development frameworks.Anchored in the"four new initiatives"(new en-gineering,new medicine,new agriculture,and new liberal arts)and emerging trends in applied talent cultivation,this study systematically explores the restructuring of the logic and system for talent development at applied uni-versities through principles of wholeness,dynamism,and openness.It discusses the establishment of collaborative education models involving multiple stakeholders,the creation of a responsive and interdisciplinary curriculum system,as well as effective pathways for synergistic collaboration between industry,education,and scientific re-search.These efforts aim to propel reforms in talent development programs at applied undergraduate institutions in China,providing robust theoretical underpinnings and strategic blueprints for nurturing high-quality applied talents.
