Research on the Mode Construction and Path of School-Enterprise Collaborative Education in Private Colleges and Universities:Based on the fsQCA Research Method
Taking the school-enterprise collaborative education project of private colleges and universities as the research sample,and using the fsQCA method,this paper selects four conditional variables,such as enterprise size,subject type,project investment in the early stage and project implementation process,and explores the con-figuration and development path to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise collaborative education in pri-vate colleges and universities from the perspective of conditional configuration.The results show that the key role to achieve high performance collaborative education projects in private colleges and universities is not through a single variable,but through the form of conditional configuration.There are four ways to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise collaborative education in private colleges and universities,in which enterprise scale,early-stage project investment and project implementation process are the core conditions for improving the effective-ness of school-enterprise collaborative education in private colleges and universities,and the change combination of the three plays a decisive role in the configuration of different conditions.
