摘要
就业关乎国计民生,高校开展学生就业观教育对于国家发展、社会稳定、学生个人成长具有重要的意义.辅导员在高校学生就业观教育中扮演着就业思想政治教育的引领者、就业形势与政策的宣讲员、职业生涯规划的指导者以及就业心理问题的调适者等重要角色,发挥着不可忽视的作用.为加强新时代高校学生就业观教育,辅导员可以从提高认知、加强学习、做好帮扶辅导以及统筹多方资源等方式提升就业观教育实效.
Abstract
Employment is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It is of great significance to carry out the education of employment outlook to college students for national development,social stability and students'personal growth.Counselors play an important role in the education of college students'employment outlook,such as preaching the employment situation and policy,guiding the career planning,leading the ideologi-cal and political education of employment and adjusting the psychological problems of employment.In order to strengthen the employment outlook education of college students in the new era,counselors can promote the effec-tiveness of employment outlook education by improving individuals'cognition of employment outlook,strengthen-ing the study of relevant theories and policies,enriching the content of employment outlook education,doing a good job in precise education and coordinating multiple resources.
