摘要

随着新一代信息技术的不断发展,人类进入数智时代.该文着眼于数智融合对大学生就业的影响,系统探讨了这一趋势给大学生就业带来的新挑战和高校的应对策略.首先从就业岗位的重构、就业方式的变革和就业观念的冲击三个方面分析数智融合给大学生就业带来的新挑战,其次从培养和具备系统分析、持续学习、创新创业等能力剖析数智时代对大学生就业能力培养的新要求,最后从树立正确就业观念、变革教学体系、强化实践训练等方面提出数智时代大学生就业能力培养的新路径,揭示数智融合对大学生就业能力培养蕴含的深刻启示.

Abstract

With the continuous development of new generation information technology,mankind has entered the digital intelligence era.Focusing on the impact of digital intelligence integration on college students'employ-ment,this paper systematically explores the new challenges brought by this trend to college students'employment and the coping strategies of colleges and universities.First,the new challenges brought by digital intelligence inte-gration to college students'employment are analyzed from three aspects:the reconstruction of employment posi-tions,the transformation of employment methods,and the impact of employment concepts.Then,the new require-ments for the cultivation of college students'employment ability in the digital intelligence era are analyzed from the perspective of cultivating and possessing the abilities of system analysis,continuous learning,innovation and entrepreneurship.Finally,new paths for cultivating college students'employment ability in the digital intelli-gence era are proposed from the aspects of establishing correct employment concepts,changing the teaching sys-tem,and strengthening practical training,revealing the profound inspiration contained in digital intelligence inte-gration for the cultivation of college students'employment ability.
