This paper explores the challenges faced by college graduates in cross-cultural employment and their coping strategies.It first analyzes the needs of cross-cultural employment,as well as the advantages of cross-cultural employment of college graduates,and then deeply explores the challenges faced by the cross-cultural em-ployment of college graduates,mainly including cross-cultural adaptation and conflict,professional barriers and communication,and psychological emotions.Finally,from the perspective of individuals,it emphasizes the strat-egy of clarifying career planning and improving their own quality,and proposes the strategies of cultivating inter-disciplinary talents,carrying out inter-cultural training and exploring employment resources from the perspective of universities.It finally points out that graduates should face up to their advantages and disadvantages,give full play to their advantages,and colleges and universities should provide support for graduates.By cooperating to meet challenges,graduates are better able to integrate into the cross-cultural workplace and promote the integra-tion of themselves with the global workplace.
