摘要
劳动教育是培养德智体美劳全面发展人才不可或缺的核心内容,是培养应用型人才的重要抓手,是落实立德树人根本任务的有力保障.该文通过对劳动教育课程设立的背景、依据和现状进行分析,提出遵循劳动教育课程体系构建原则、充分融合课程内容、完善劳动教育实践基地建设等路径,发挥劳动教育课程主渠道、主阵地的重要作用,培养高素质的应用型人才,主动适应发展新质生产力的社会需要,促进地方经济社会高质量发展.
Abstract
Labor education is an indispensable core component for cultivating well-rounded individuals with com-prehensive development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor aspects.It is a crucial means for nur-turing applied talents and a powerful guarantee for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This paper analyzes the background,basis,and current situation of the establishment of labor educa-tion courses,proposes principles for constructing a labor education curriculum system,integrates course content comprehensively,and improves the construction of labor education practice bases.These measures aim to maxi-mize the important role of labor education courses as the main channel and main position,cultivate high-quality applied talents,proactively adapt to the social needs of developing new productive forces,and promote high-quality economic and social development in local areas.
