摘要
自2019年托育行业兴起后,2岁以下低龄婴幼儿家庭托育需求旺盛,但实际入托率却很低.该文以湖南省5个城市的调查为基础,从托育服务需求方与托育服务供给方两个方面分析出现这一现象的主要原因:孩子年龄小、经济压力大导致低龄婴幼儿家庭不敢送托;托育行业才起步就面临萎缩,导致无法保障高性价比的托育服务,进一步加剧了这类家庭的送托担忧.该文在此基础上从家庭、托育机构、政府相关部门等方面提出了改善对策.
Abstract
Since the rise of the childcare industry in 2019,the demand for care services for infants under 2 years old is strong,but the actual rate of infants receiving care services is very low.Based on the survey of five urban ar-eas in Hu'nan province,from the two aspects of the demand for childcare and childcare service suppliers,this pa-per analyzes the main causes of this phenomenon,points out that the child age and economic pressure leads to the low rate,while the childcare industry is facing shrinkage at its infancy,resulting in the inability to guarantee cost-effective childcare services,which has further exacerbated the concerns of such families about sending their chil-dren to childcare.On this basis,improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of families,childcare insti-tutions and relevant government departments.
