摘要

本文以促进大学生心理良性发展为导向,以大学生心理健康问题的诱因为切入点,确定大学生心理健康评价指标体系.从分类问题和回归问题角度出发,在分类问题中使用有监督分类学习器对大学生心理健康评价体系进行建模,在回归问题中使用神经网络类学习器进行分析.使用SOM聚类算法验证大学生心理健康评价指标体系的稳健性,并基于神经网络学习器进行模型训练,针对最优权重以及阈值的选择问题使用遗传算法进行优化.

Abstract

Aiming to promote the healthy development of college students'psychology,this paper,taking the causes of college students'mental health problems as the starting point,determines the evaluation index system for college students'mental health.From the perspective of classification and regression problems,supervised classification learners are used in classification problems to model the evaluation system for college students'mental health,and neural network learners are used for analysis in regression problems.The SOM clustering algo-rithm is used to verify the robustness of the evaluation index system for college students'mental health and the model is trained based on the neural network learner.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the selection of the optimal weight and threshold.
