摘要
进入新时代,全面实施创新创业教育是推动素质教育发展、深化高等教育改革的重要举措.该文从当前高校创新创业教育在青年学生成长成才过程中发挥作用不充分、数字化场景支撑条件不完善、常态化优化机制不健全以及师资队伍建设滞后等方面入手,指出了高校创新创业教育提质增效存在的制约因素.进一步地,从充分释放创新创业教育在青年人才成长过程中的长期效应、不断强化数字赋能、拓宽教学资源来源渠道、加强师资队伍建设等方面,提出当前和今后一段时期强化高校创新创业教育提质增效的思考与建议.
Abstract
Entering a new era,the comprehensive implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship edu-cation is an important measure to promote quality-oriented education and deepen higher education re-form.This article points out the restrictive factors that exist in improving the quality and efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,including the insufficient role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the growth and development process of young students,incomplete digital scene support conditions,incomplete normalized optimization mechanisms,and teacher team con-struction.Furthermore,from the aspects of fully unleashing the long-term effects of innovation and entre-preneurship education in the growth process of young talents,continuously strengthening digital empower-ment,expanding the sources of teaching resources,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff,this paper puts forward thoughts and suggestions on strengthening the quality and enhancing the effi-ciency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities in the current and future periods.
