摘要

高校建设"一站式"学生社区是落实"三全育人"理念的有效举措.宁夏大学以博雅书院为试点先行推进"一站式"学生社区建设,形成"一站式"学生社区综合管理模式,促进学科交叉人才培养模式改革,加快构建思想政治工作育人体系.当前博雅书院推进"一站式"学生社区建设还存在"思政育人力量下沉不充分,党团引领作用不显著;宣传力度不足,学生参与率较低;配套设施不健全,社区活动开展受限;学科交叉薄弱,参与群体类型单一"等问题.对此,该文提出若干提升"三全育人"实效的建议,以期不断提升"一站式"学生社区育人成效.

Abstract

The construction of"one-stop"student community in colleges and universities is an effective measure to promote"three-pronged comprehensive education".Ningxia University takes Boya Academy as a pilot to pro-mote the construction of"one-stop"student community,form a"one-stop"student community comprehensive management model,promote the reform of interdisciplinary talent training model,and accelerate the construction of ideological and political education system.At present,there are still some problems in Boya Academy's promo-tion of"one-stop"student community construction,such as insufficient ideological and political education,insig-nificant leading role of the Party and League,insufficient publicity,low student participation rate,imperfect sup-porting facilities,limited development of community activities,weak interdisciplinarity,and single type of partici-pating groups.To this end,some suggestions on improving the effectiveness of"three-pronged comprehensive education"is proposed,with a view to improving the effectiveness of"one-stop"student community education.
