摘要
轨道交通是推动我国高质量发展以及服务国家"一带一路"倡议的重要保障.实验室建设是轨道交通专业稳固发展的基石和不可或缺的支撑,为一流学科的建设提供了坚实的基础.目前很多交通院校正根据新业态积极调整轨道交通实验室计划和方案.上海市轨道交通结构耐久与系统安全重点实验室在教学模式、人才梯队建设、设备管理以及实验资源共享方面进行了有益探索,有效提升了轨道交通实验室的管理水平.
Abstract
Rail transit is an important guarantee for promoting China's high-quality development and serving the national"Belt and Road"initiative.Laboratory construction is the cornerstone and indispensable support for the stable development of the rail transit specialty,which provides a solid foundation for the construction of first-class disciplines.At present,many transportation colleges are actively adjusting the plan and scheme of rail tran-sit laboratory according to the new format.Shanghai Key Laboratory of Rail Infrastructure Durability and System Safety explores the teaching mode,talent echelon construction,equipment management and sharing experimental resources,effectively improves the management level of rail transit laboratory.
