摘要
立足新时代,把握新形势,迎接新挑战,解决新问题,全面提升高校学生思政工作育人实效.高校需要对思政教育、教学中的思政元素以及师资队伍建设等多个方面进行综合考虑与计划,引导教师更深入地接触学生、理解学生、亲近学生、关心学生的需求,从而更好地为他们提供有温度的教育服务,增强教育的实际效果,使教师在引领学生思想发展和促进学生个人成长方面贡献更大的力量.自入选第三批全国党建工作标杆院系以来,北京航空航天大学物理学院以高质量党建引领学院事业内涵式发展,推进有温度的思政工作,全面提升育人实效和自主培养高水平人才能力.
Abstract
Based on the new era,we must grasp the new situation,meet new challenges,solve new problems,and comprehensively improve the education effectiveness of ideological and political work for college students.Col-leges and universities need to comprehensively consider and plan ideological and political education,ideological and political elements in teaching and teaching staff construction,and guide teachers to have deeper contact with students,understand them,get close to them,and care about their needs,so as to better provide them with warm educational services,enhance the actual effect of education,and enable teachers to contribute more to the ideo-logical development and personal growth of students.Since being selected to create the third batch of national benchmarking colleges and universities for Party building,the School of Physics of Beihang University has led the conformal development of the school's cause with high-quality Party building,promoted the ideological and po-litical work with temperature,and comprehensively improved the effectiveness of education and the ability to inde-pendently train high-level talents.
