摘要
新时代的劳动教育以立德树人为核心.该文针对高职院校应用技能型人才培养特点,探索了"三方协同"驱动下的劳动教育课程体系建设.围绕专业特色,通过构建校企社"三方协同"驱动,学校教师、社企导师多方参与的多元实践劳动教育课程体系,以提升高职院校劳动实践成效,探索具有新时代特征、社会特色、学生特点和教育特质的劳动实践模式,从而达到提升高职学生社会责任感和社群归属感,增强高职学生创新创业意识,提高应用技能型人才培养质量的目的.
Abstract
Labor education in the new era is centered on fostering virtue through education.Based on the charac-teristics of cultivating applied skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the construction of a labor education curriculum system driven by the tripartite collaboration.Focusing on the professional character-istics,by building a multi-practice labor education curriculum system driven by the three parties of the school,enterprises and the society,with the participation of school teachers and mentors from the society and enterprises,the effectiveness of labor practice in higher vocational colleges is improved,and a labor practice model with the characteristics of the new era,social characteristics,student characteristics and educational characteristics is ex-plored,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the social responsibility and community belonging of higher vo-cational students,enhancing their innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,and improving the cultivation qual-ity of applied skilled talents.
