摘要
ChatGPT的发布在全球掀起了人工智能的革命浪潮,催化了多模态大模型、算力、数据要素、AI(Artificial Intelligence)应用等多个行业的发展,人工智能行业的人才需求飙升.对全球人工智能相关产业政策进行梳理与分析,为高校在当前时代背景下培养人工智能创新人才指明新的方向.根据我国人工智能目前的人才供求与分布现状,对人工智能产业链进行人才需求分析,探索对不同层次人工智能人才的培养目标.
Abstract
The release of ChatGPT has set off a revolutionary wave of artificial intelligence around the world,cata-lyzing the development of multiple industries such as multimodal large models,computing power,data elements,and AI(Artificial Intelligence)applications.The demand for talent in the artificial intelligence industry has soared.By sorting out and analyzing global policies for artificial intelligence-related industries,a new direction is pointed out for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative artificial intelligence talents in the current era.Based on the current supply,demand and distribution of artificial intelligence talents in China,the talent demand analysis of the artificial intelligence industry chain is conducted,and the training goals of artificial intelligence talents at different levels is explored.
