课程思政视域下法律社会学课程教学改革探索

摘要
为了更好地落实立德树人根本任务,对高等教育专业课程进行课程思政改革是必然选择.交叉学科在知识再生产与创新中起着举足轻重的作用,起源于西方的法律社会学作为法学与社会学的科际整合成果,若法律社会学课程教学中思政导向缺场,则不利于被教育者的成长与学科的中国化.法律社会学与课程思政结合是教书育人与学科发展的必然要求.法律社会学与思政元素具有良好的融合性,思政元素融入法律社会学课程的路径有改革教学目标、"高校+教师"改变角色定位、整合多学科资源等.课程思政改革任重道远,需要各方面的不断努力.
Abstract
In order to better implement the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,it is an in-evitable choice to carry out ideological and political reform in the professional courses of higher education.Cross-discipline plays an important role in knowledge reproduction and innovation.Legal sociology originated in the West,and the combination of legal sociology and ideological and political education is an inevitable requirement for the development of the discipline.The lack of ideological and political orientation in the teaching of Legal So-ciology is not conducive to the growth of the educated and the localization of the subject.The ways of integrating ideological and political elements into the course of Legal Sociology includes reforming the teaching objectives,changing the role orientation of university and teacher,integrating multi-disciplinary resources,etc.The ideologi-cal and political reform of professional courses has a long way to go and requires continuous efforts from all as-pects.
