摘要
该文采用问卷调查和质性访谈相结合的研究方法,对2000名被试进行分析,揭示了职校生职业呼唤的发展特点.该研究表明,家庭背景、教育环境、校企合作等因素,影响职校生职业呼唤的形成与发展.该文构建了一个包括课程体系优化、实践教学强化和校园文化营造等多维互动的职业呼唤培育路径.该路径强调个性化与情境化的教育方法,为职业教育提供了切实可行的指导策略.
Abstract
This article adopted a research method combining questionnaire survey and qualitative interview to analyze 2000 participants and revealed development characteristics of students'career calling.This study indi-cated that factors such as family background,educational environment,and school enterprise cooperation affect the formation of students'career calling.This article constructed a multi-dimensional interactive model for ca-reer calling cultivation,which included optimizing curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,and creat-ing campus culture.This model emphasized personalized and contextualized educational methods,providing prac-tical and feasible guidance strategies for vocational education.
