摘要
晶华宝岛眼镜(四川)有限公司与成都职业技术学院以《现代产业学院建设指南(试行)》为指引,在深厚的合作基础上不断突破创新,以宝岛眼视光学院为依托,积极探索中国特色学徒制.校企协同优化合作机制、创新人才培养模式、融通校企优势资源、构建新型师徒关系,多层面、多维度深入合作,形成紧密型产教融合育人共同体,取得了显著成果.
Abstract
Crystal Island Eye Glasses(Sichuan)Co.,Ltd.and Chengdu Polytechnic,guided by the Guidelines for the Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges(Trial)continuously innovate on a solid foundation of cooperation.With BaoDao Eye Optical College as the backbone,they actively explore China's distinctive apprenticeship sys-tem.Through school-enterprise collaboration,they optimize cooperation mechanisms,innovate talent training models,integrate school-enterprise advantages,and build new mentorship relationships.By deepening coopera-tion on multiple levels and dimensions,they have formed a closely integrated community for industry-education integration and talent cultivation,achieving significant results.
