高校重点心理问题学生专班帮扶体系构建的探索——以陕西理工大学为例

摘要
近年来,高校严重心理危机事件频发,对校园安全稳定与社会和谐发展造成了负面影响.据统计,校园严重心理危机事件高发于重点心理问题学生这一特殊群体,而重点心理问题学生具有高度隐匿性、高度复杂性和高度不确定性特征,采用常规工作手段难以取得实效.该文以陕西理工大学借鉴我国政府组织体系中的工作专班这一新的组织形式,探索构建重点心理问题学生专班帮扶体系为例,介绍"1467"重点心理问题学生专班帮扶模式.实践表明,重点心理问题学生专班帮扶体系成效显著,一定程度上破解了高校在重点心理问题学生工作开展中存在的现实困境.
Abstract
In recent years,serious psychological crises occur frequently in colleges and universities,which has had a negative impact on campus security and stability and the harmonious development of society.According to statistics,severe psychological crises on campus occur most frequently among key students with psychological problems.Key students with psychological problems are highly hidden,complex,and uncertain.It is difficult to achieve effective results through conventional work methods.Taking Shaanxi University of Technology as an ex-ample,this paper explores the construction of a special support system for key students with psychological prob-lems by drawing on the new organizational form of special group in our country's government organization system,and introduces the"1467"special support model for key students with psychological problems.Practice has shown that this special support system for key students with psychological problems has achieved remarkable re-sults,and to a certain extent,it has solved the practical dilemma existing in colleges and universities in carrying out work for key students with psychological problems.
