Promoting the construction of new liberal arts is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality develop-ment of liberal arts majors.It is also an important measure to strengthen cultural confidence and enhance the com-prehensive strength of our country's liberal arts in the new era.Based on the questionnaire data of college stu-dents and teachers,a binary Logistic regression model was used to conduct a quantitative empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the transformation of traditional liberal arts majors into new liberal arts.The study found that:discipline construction,demand for professional talents,students'employment,policy popularity,whether the new liberal arts construction is conducive to the study of this major,and whether there is confidence in the de-velopment prospects of the new liberal arts transformation have significant positive effects on the new liberal arts transformation.Influence.Therefore,the transformation of traditional liberal arts into new liberal arts should be enhanced from aspects such as cultivating talents to adapt to the development of the times,cultivating multi-disciplinary talents,and introducing high-level professional talents.
