该文旨在研究学校数据驱动教育决策的工作思路,并以中国石油大学(北京)的数据工作实践为案例进行详细论述.该文从学校的数据治理现状、学校数据驱动教育决策工作思路和学校驱动教育决策的实践领域三个方面展开论述.首先,介绍了学校数据中心建设现状,强调了学校在数据集成、交换与治理方面的工作战略.其次,总结了学校从顶层设计、技术支持到专业助力的数据驱动工作思路.最后,列举了学校在贫困生认定、教育资源配置优化、学生行为预警和教学模式革新等方面的数据驱动决策实践.研究为学校数据驱动教育决策提供了具有参考价值的案例分析和工作思路.
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the working approach of data-driven educational decision-making in schools,using the case of China University of Petroleum(Beijing)as an example,and provides a detailed discus-sion from three aspects:the current status of data governance in schools,the approach to data-driven educational decision-making,and the practical areas of data-driven educational practices in schools.Firstly,the paper intro-duces the current status of the school's data center construction,emphasizing the strategic work of data integra-tion,exchange,and governance.Secondly,it outlines the school's approach to data-driven work,covering top-level design,technological support,and professional assistance.Finally,it presents examples of data-driven decision-making practices in the school,including identifying students from underprivileged backgrounds,allo-cating educational resources,student behavior early warning,and reforming teaching models.This research pro-vides a valuable case analysis and working approach for data-driven educational decision-making in schools.
