Exploring the Path of Building a Dual Leading Counselor Team with"Ideological and Political Educa-tion+Career Planning"in Agricultural Colleges and Universities
The deepening implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has put forward higher requirements and challenges for talent cultivation in agricultural colleges and universities in the new era.At present,although the construction of the counselor team in agricultural colleges has achieved certain results,there are still many problems such as vague professional cognition,incomplete professional abilities,incomplete team structure,and incomplete evaluation system,which are important factors restricting the high-quality development of talent culti-vation in agricultural colleges.This article mainly focuses on the specific reality of talent cultivation in agricul-tural colleges and universities.Based on clarifying the tasks of talent cultivation in agricultural colleges and uni-versities in the new era and the needs of counselor team construction,this article proposes a specific path for the construction of a dual leading counselor team in agricultural colleges and universities in the new era,starting from multiple aspects such as role positioning,skill training,team structure,and evaluation system,striving to provide more talent support for the rural revitalization strategy.
