摘要
大学生慢就业、懒就业问题研究对大学生个人成长和发展、社会建设以及教育和就业政策完善具有重要的意义与价值.从辅导员主体性视角来看,大学生慢就业、懒就业问题的形成与辅导员就业指导和服务不到位、辅导员对学生缺乏关心和引导、辅导员缺乏对市场的跟进与了解等原因密切相关.基于此,文章提出了提升辅导员就业指导和就业服务工作质量、增强辅导员关心和引导学生综合发展力度、提高辅导员对就业市场跟踪了解总体程度等解决大学生慢就业、懒就业问题的路径.
Abstract
The study of the problem of college students'slowness and laziness in employment has important sig-nificance and value for personal growth and development,social construction,and the improvement of education and employment policies.From the perspective of counselors'subjectivity,the formation of college students'slowness and laziness in employment is closely related to factors such as counselors'inadequate employment guidance and services,counselors'lack of care and guidance for students,and counselors'lack of follow-up un-derstanding of the market.Based on this,this paper proposes solutions to the problem of college students'slow-ness and laziness in employment,such as improving the quality of counselors'employment guidance and employ-ment services,improving counselors'efforts to care about and guide students'comprehensive development,and improving counselors'overall degree of tracking and understanding of the employment market.
