Research on the Promotion of College Students'Grassroots Employment and Entrepreneurship Capa-bilities through the Social Practice of Bringing Scientific and Literacy Knowledge and Offering Medical Service to Rural Areas
With the rapid development of higher education in China and the increasingly fierce competition in the job market,it is particularly important to cultivate the grassroots employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of college students.This paper discusses the important role of the social practice of bringing scientific and literacy knowledge and offering medical service to rural areas in promoting the grassroots employment and entrepreneur-ship capabilities of college students,as well as the challenges they face,and proposes corresponding strategies for improvement:optimizing resource allocation,synchronizing practice content,and deepening the tutorial system.Research shows that the social practice of bringing scientific and literacy knowledge and offering medical service to rural areas not only enhances students'practical skills,service awareness and social responsibility,and im-prove college students'grassroots employment and entrepreneurship capabilities,but also helps expand employ-ment channels and build a diverse network of contacts.
