Research on the Current Status and Optimization Strategies of Continuing Education Quality in Col-leges and Universities with Successful Learning Orientation in the Context of Digital Education
Taking the transformation of national digital education as the research background,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and optimization strategies of continuing education quality in col-leges and universities.The concept of"successful learning"is introduced,and an improved LQW model is pro-posed to establish an evaluation index system.The TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the current status of con-tinuing education quality in colleges and universities and propose optimization strategies.The results indicate that the overall comprehensive closeness is 0.6208,and the quality of continuing education is at level II,which is closer to level III,indicating that the quality of continuing education is not outstanding and there is significant room for improvement.The progress of teaching resource posting is relatively high,indicating good conditions and high recognition in the construction of digital teaching resources,digital teaching platforms,and digital practice bases.However,the control measures and career development progress are relatively low,indicating low satisfac-tion with the achievement of continuing education goals and employment/entrepreneurship,and the problem is more prominent.
