This paper fully combed the current research status at home and abroad,scientifically used the Delphi technique,and conducted two rounds of expert consultation with 15 experts.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100%,and the positive coefficient of the experts was 100%.After the first round of expert con-sultation,the importance of the first-level indicators was 3.76~4.47,and the coefficient of variation was 0.12~0.22;the importance of the second-level indicators was 3.83~4.34,and the coefficient of variation was 0.13~0.24.After the second round of expert consultation,the importance of the first-level indicators was 3.80~4.67,and the coefficient of variation was 0.13~0.20;the importance of the second-level indicators was 3.73~4.27,and the coefficient of variation was 0.12~0.22.Finally,an online learning behavior evaluation index system for students in higher vocational colleges based on big data was constructed,which consists of three first-level indica-tors of attitude dimension,investment behavior dimension,and interactive behavior dimension and 21 second-level indicators.
