摘要

针对课程思政建设与实施中存在的缺乏顶层设计,课程思政离散化、碎片化、无的放矢、各自为政等突出问题,从顶层设计出发,坚持德技并修、工学结合,根据专业群建设特点、发展规划,立足地方土建类行业人才需求,基于校企双主体,从制定专业教学标准、修订人才培养方案、重构课程体系、优化课程标准、调整教学目标、完善教学内容、改进教学评价等环节出发,设计专业课程思政"施工图",形成专业教学标准、人才培养方案引领、创新团队推动、专业课程协同的课程思政改革模式.

Abstract

In response to the prominent problems in the construction and implementation of ideological and politi-cal education in specialized courses,such as the lack of top-level design,the discreteness,fragmentation,aimless-ness and independence of ideological and political education,we should start from the top-level design,adhere to the combination of moral and technical training,and combine work with study.Based on the construction charac-teristics and development plans of majors,and the talent needs of local civil engineering industry,we should de-sign the"construction drawing"for ideological and political education in specialized courses combined with the dual-subject of the school and enterprises from the aspects of formulating specialized teaching standards,revising talent training plans,reconstructing the curriculum system,optimizing curriculum standards,adjusting teaching objectives,improving teaching content,and improving teaching evaluation,so as to for a model of ideological and political reform that is guided by specialized teaching standards and talent training plans,promoted by innovative teams,and coordinated by specialized courses.
