This article takes Guangdong Jiangmen Chinese Medicine College as an example to explore the talent cultivation model of food inspection and analysis majors in higher vocational colleges based on"course-job-competition-certificate-research-innovation".This model combines teaching with practice,theory with practice,and strengthens students'practical ability and innovative consciousness,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with practical operation ability,scientific research innovation ability,and team cooperation spirit.Through practi-cal verification,this model can provide a practical and feasible reference for the cultivation of food inspection and analysis major in higher vocational colleges.
