摘要

《2024年政府工作报告》提出了"发展新质生产力"的任务.新质生产力不仅代表了在产品、生产技术等方面的革新,也代表了对"人"这一特殊生产资源的新要求.其他产业要素的发展也离不开人.因此,如何通过对人才的管理来激活新质生产力,已成为未来人力资源管理者培养的重要任务.该文基于发展新质生产力的要求,从人才需求的角度出发,对人力资源管理专业的建设现状进行了分析,找出不足之处,并据此提出专业建设的改善建议.

Abstract

The development of new quality productive forces has been mentioned in the 2024 Government Work Report.New quality productive forces represent not only innovations in products,techniques and other sides,but also new requirements on labor forces.The development of other factors depends on human resources.Thus,how to activate new quality productive forces through human resource management has become critical for the training of future human resource managers.This research based on the requirements of new quality productive forces and requirements of corresponding jobs discusses the current situation of human resource management major.Solu-tions regarding how to improve the teaching effectiveness have been provided.
