Strengthening the construction of a talent team for elderly care service is an important part of imple-menting the national strategies of actively responding to population aging and strengthening the country through talents,and is an important support for improving the elderly care service system.As the main place for training elderly care service talents,higher vocational colleges still have some problems in the training of elderly care ser-vice talents.They should make efforts in"changing ideas and concepts,establishing a positive view of aging","strengthening top-level design,broadening the channels for training elderly care service talents","enriching and improving course teaching resources,deepening the integration of production and education in the elderly care field",and"improving and perfecting the incentive policies for elderly care service talents"to accelerate the construction of a high-quality and highly skilled talent team for elderly care service,and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the talent team for elderly care service.
