摘要
回顾我国七十多年来的学前教育政策,家园关系政策发生了一定变化,历经单向服务、趋向合作、双向合作、深度协作四个阶段,家园关系的价值导向从为家庭服务到促进儿童身心发展,家园的地位从不平等到合作伙伴关系,家园之间的责任边界逐渐清晰.当下家园关系仍存在一定问题,为了完善与促进家园关系的发展,应该细化家园合作制度,保障家园合作的效率;建立监督机制,促进幼儿园与家庭的深度协作;宣传家园共育理念,增强家长的参与意识;重视教师道德品质,保证家园合作伙伴关系;发挥家长优势,加强家园之间的沟通与联系.
Abstract
Looking back on China preschool education policies over the past 70 years,the family-kindergarten re-lationship policies have undergone certain changes,going through four stages:one-way service,trending to coop-eration,two-way cooperation and deep collaboration.Its logical evolution follows the value orientation of family-kindergarten relationship from serving the family to promoting the physical and mental development of children;the status between families and kindergartens has changed from inequality to cooperative partnership;and the re-sponsibility boundary between families and kindergartens has gradually become clear.At present,there are still certain problems in family-kindergarten relationship.In order to improve and promote the development of family-kindergarten relationship,the family-kindergarten cooperation system should be refined to ensure the efficiency of family-kindergarten cooperation;a supervision mechanism should be established to promote deep collaboration between kindergartens and families;the concept of family-kindergarten co-education should be promoted to im-prove parents'awareness of participation;the moral quality of teachers should be emphasized to ensure the family-kindergarten partnership;the advantages of parents should be brought into play to strengthen communica-tion and contact between kindergartens and families.
