This paper discusses the necessity and practical methods of the implementation of the industry-education integration mode of industrial parks and universities.The integration of industry and education not only promotes industrial upgrading,enhances innovation ability,but also enhances the practical effect of university education and the cultivation of innovative talents.The practice mode includes the joint construction of laborato-ries and research centers,the sharing of scientific research facilities and technical resources,and other coopera-tive R&D platforms;joint training of talents through customized talent training plans and the construction of a double-teacher team;the construction of an integrated internship and training base for production,education and research and the implementation of the internship model combining engineering and learning.Finally,it is neces-sary to carry out innovation incubators and technology transfer,build innovation and entrepreneurship incubation platforms,and provide entrepreneurial guidance and financial support.These models are of great significance for strengthening the connection between universities and industry,and promoting the integration of theory and prac-tice.
