摘要
随着数字中国建设不断向纵深推进,辅导员工作与大数据技术融合发展成为落实立德树人根本任务和推进教育数字化的必然选择.当前,大数据驱动辅导员工作依然面临着"人为物役""数据迷信""权力扩张"等诸多挑战.相比大数据,小数据更能表征个体特点,有利于辅导员结合学生特点开展针对性工作.新时代辅导员工作应发挥好小数据在识别学生、预测需求、供给内容等环节的优势,实现工作精准化,推动技术与思想政治教育"双提升",提升辅导员育人工作的亲和力和实效性.
Abstract
As the construction of Digital China continues to advance in depth,the integration of counselors'work and big data technology has become an inevitable choice for practicing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education and promoting the digitalization of education.At present,the work of counselors driven by big data still faces many challenges such as human enslavement,data superstition,and power expansion.Compared with big data,small data represents individual characteristics,which is conducive to counselors to carry out tar-geted work based on the characteristics of students.In the new era,counselors should give full play to the advan-tages of small data in identifying students,predicting needs,and providing content,so as to achieve targeted work,promote the"double improvement"of technology and ideological and political education,and enhance the affinity and effectiveness of counselors'work in educating people.
