Labor is the fundamental way to achieve the all-round development of people,and labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.The"one-stop"student commu-nity carrying out labor education is the necessary meaning for colleges and universities to implement the funda-mental mission of fostering virtue through education and to shape students'labor values.Starting from a holistic perspective,this paper analyzes the connotation,path,and value orientation of labor education,clarifies the logi-cal approach relationship of labor education in the"one-stop"student community,and explores the practical ra-tionale of labor education in the"one-stop"student community from three dimensions:the unity of the top-level design of labor education,the coherence of the education process,and the coordination of the education subject.
