In the cultivation process of undergraduate and graduate students in biology,many operational details of the instruments and equipment were often overlooked,which could lead to the damage of instruments and equipment,the failure of experiments and even safety accidents.Based on the frequent problems of students in equipment operation and the working experience of teachers in our laboratory,this paper systematically summa-rizes the precautions for the three most commonly used experimental equipment in biology laboratory.Taking these precautions as examples,this paper expounded the importance of cultivating students'detail awareness and provides reference for improving students'experimental skills.
