The new challenges faced in cultivating strategic talents and urgently needed talents have put forward new requirements for experimental teaching.In response to the mismatch between experimental teaching methods and student characteristics,the disconnection between experimental teaching assessment and training goals,and the gap between experimental teaching content and industry requirements,several reform measures can be taken.These include setting up industry-related experimental projects and innovative experiments simulating produc-tion to reform the"small classroom"of experimental teaching,making good use of industrial experts,social enter-prises,and other"big classroom"resources in the industry,and integrating ideological and political education with experimental classroom teaching.These reform measures can provide strong support for cultivating more stra-tegic talents and urgently needed talents with innovative spirit and practical abilities.
