With the development of Internet technology,virtual reality(VR)technology has been widely used in the field of education.Taking dance teaching in colleges and universities as an entry point,this paper discusses the practical research on dance teaching using VR technology in the context of the Internet.Through the review of related literature and case analysis,it is argued that VR technology can effectively enhance the effect and experi-ence of dance teaching and provide students with richer learning resources and interaction methods.At the same time,the author also puts forward some strategies and methods of VR dance teaching,in order to provide some ref-erences for the innovation and development of dance teaching in colleges and universities.
