Research on the Path of the Cooperative Cultivation of the Legal Quality of Employment of Vocational Undergraduates from the Perspective of the Society Ruled by Law
The work of employment law education for vocational undergraduates is a systematic project that should run through the entire process of students'study,life and work.Using school functions to implement teach-ing and management platforms such as employment law courses,credits,teaching staff and students'unions,asso-ciations,publicity and education,and making good use of classroom teaching and education management plat-forms by teachers and teaching assistants,the three levels of students'self-education and management,this pa-per discusses the effective way to improve the legal quality of employment of vocational undergraduates by giving full play to the three-in-one cultivation mode of full-time role of functional departments,leading role of teachers and main role of students.
