新质生产力视域下大学生学习迁移能力提升的路径初探

摘要
在新质生产力背景下,提升大学生的学习迁移能力对于培养创新型人才、推动我国经济高质量发展至关重要.首先阐述了新质生产力对高等教育的要求,明确了学习迁移能力在培养高素质人才中的核心作用.接着分析了当前大学生学习迁移能力提升过程中面临的关键问题,包括理论与实践脱节、教学内容与产业需求不匹配、产教融合深度与广度不足.针对这些问题,提出了强化理论与实践的深度融合、动态调整教学内容以适应产业需求、深化产教融合并构建长期稳定的校企合作机制等建议,以期有效提升大学生的学习迁移能力,为新质生产力的发展提供坚实的人才保障,并推动高等教育与产业的深度融合.
Abstract
In the context of new quality productive forces,enhancing university students'learning transfer ability is crucial for cultivating innovative talents and driving China's high-quality economic development.This paper first elucidates the requirements of new quality productive forces for higher education,highlighting the central role of learning transfer ability in the development of high-quality talents.It then analyzes the key issues cur-rently hindering the improvement of students'learning transfer ability,including the disconnect between theory and practice,the mismatch between educational content and industry needs,and the insufficient depth and breadth of industry-education integration.In response to these challenges,the paper proposes strategies such as strengthening the integration of theory and practice,dynamically adjusting educational content to align with indus-try demands,and deepening industry-education integration by establishing long-term,stable university-industry partnerships.These measures can effectively enhance students'learning transfer ability,provide strong talent support for the development of new quality productive forces,and promote deeper integration between higher edu-cation and industry.
