摘要
跨文化教育是教育国际化背景下文化多样性不断增强、教育民主化向纵深发展的产物.它诞生于二战之后的全球移民运动,在国际组织的大力倡导下发展起来,已成为新时代重要的教育思潮.高校作为最先感触到世界发展变化的"领头羊",必须与时俱进、因材施教、以人为本、竿头日进,多途径探索跨文化教育的实践路径.
Abstract
Cross-cultural education is the product of the increasing cultural diversity and the deepening develop-ment of educational democratization in the context of the internationalization of education.It was born from the global immigration movement after World War Ⅱ,and has been vigorously developed under the advocacy of inter-national organizations.It has become an important educational trend in the new era.As the first leader to feel the development and changes in the world,colleges and universities must keep pace with the times,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,be people-oriented,and make progress day by day,and explore the practical path of cross-cultural education in multiple ways.
