高等教育数字化转型是新时代的必然趋势.数字化转型利用信息技术提升教育教学效果,包括教育资源数字化、教学方式创新、学生学习环境个性化等.其发展阶段包括基础设施建设、教师数字化能力提升、学生数字素养提高.数字化转型的地域性差异明显,也存在困境,如技术与资源不均、教师数字化教学能力不足、学生数字素养差异和教育模式转变带来的挑战.要推进转型,就要加强基础设施建设,提升教师和学生数字化能力,创新教育模式和内容,以实现高质量和可持续发展.
Abstract
The digital transformation of higher education is an inevitable trend in the new era.Digital transforma-tion utilizes information technology to enhance the effectiveness of education and teaching,including digitization of educational resources,innovation in teaching methods,and personalization of student learning environments.The development stage includes infrastructure construction,improvement of digital capabilities of teachers,and improvement of digital literacy of students.The regional differences in digital transformation are significant.But there are also challenges,such as uneven technology and resources,insufficient digital teaching capabilities of teachers,differences in digital literacy among students,and challenges brought about by changes in educational models.To promote transformation,it is necessary to strengthen infrastructure construction,enhance the digital capabilities of teachers and students,innovate educational models and content,and achieve high-quality and sus-tainable development.
