摘要
在阐释艺术教育培养目标、教学过程与教育对象独特性的基础上,提炼艺术职业教育中的教师专业素质内涵,建构校企合作途径下艺术职业教育中的教师专业素质结构,并结合"十四五"规划发展要求,提出我国艺术职业教育中教师发展的具体模式与策略,借助产教融合、校企合作,提高艺术职业教育的质量.
Abstract
On the basis of explaining the uniqueness of training objectives,teaching process and educational ob-jects of art education,this paper refines the connotation of teachers'professional qualities in art vocational educa-tion,constructs the professional quality structure of teachers in art vocational education under the path of school-enterprise cooperation.Combined with the development requirements of the"14th Five-Year Plan",it proposes specific models and strategies for teacher development in China's art vocational education,and uses industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of art vocational education.
