高校培养乡村振兴人才财经素养的路径研究

摘要
财经素养在乡村振兴中的作用不可忽视,高校应以乡村振兴战略为背景对人才培养方案进行研究与改革,增加财经素养培养.高校可通过两种路径来培养乡村振兴人才的财经素养:其一是培养农业人才的同时注重财经素养教育,其二是在传统财经素养培养中增加乡村振兴内容.两种路径都可以加大乡村振兴人才必备素养的培养力度,能为乡村振兴提供更具创新力、实践力的人才.
Abstract
The role of financial literacy cannot be ignored in rural revitalization.Colleges and universities should study and reform talent training programs against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy to increase finan-cial literacy training.There are two ways for colleges and universities to cultivate the financial literacy of rural re-vitalization talents.One is to focus on financial literacy education while cultivating agricultural talents,and the other is to add rural revitalization content to traditional financial literacy training.Both ways can increase the training of the necessary literacy of rural revitalization talents and provide more innovative and practical talents for rural revitalization.
